   We have been custom slaughtering Cattle & Hogs since the 1950’s. Beginning in the 
Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, Simon Yoder began a custom processing business. Since 
     relocating to Henry County in Tennessee the next generation has continued the 
   business. We proudly offer the expertise we have developed over the years in helping 
      you put the best of the farm raised beef and pork in your freezer.

  We offer complete A to Z venison processing services. We make over a dozen different specialty items, such as Jerky, Snackstix, Summer Sausage, Bologna's and Bratwurst. 
      We have processed venison since 1987 and average over 2000 deer per season.
